Water access to St. Mary, Milk River, focus of public engagement sessions this week

An international study board is looking at ways to improve water access to the St. Mary and Milk rivers is now asking for feedback from the public. 

The board is putting together a final draft report, to be submitted to the International Joint Commission, that will include input from users and area producers.

The first of two meetings in southern Alberta takes place Wednesday evening at the Milk River Civic Centre, beginning at 6:30. 

Another session is set for Thursday afternoon at the Trade & Convention Centre in Lethbridge, starting at 5 p.m.
