“Reconnecting with familiar faces while getting to know many new ones” – new BILD CEO

The new Lethbridge CEO of BILD, or the Building Industry and Land Development, is getting settled into her new role. 

Kristin DeMone began the job on July 13th and in a posting on the association’s newsletter says she’s excited to be reconnecting with familiar faces while getting to know many new ones. 

DeMone, who previously worked at the University of Lethbridge, added returning to the residential construction industry feels like coming home. 

In her first month, she said she’s been able to meet with board members, committee chair, and community partners to better understand what makes the association strong.
