Traffic delays possible with two planned city projects Thursday and Friday

Expect some delays in your travels Thursday and Friday, especially if 13th Street South or Whoop-Up Drive are part of your driving plans.

Starting at 6 a.m., the northbound lanes of 13th between 9th and 10th Avenue South will be closed off with two-way traffic in the southbound lanes only.

Weather permitting, all the work should be complete by end of workday Friday. 

And, starting at 9 a.m. until about 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon, guard rail work will take place in the outside lane of westbound Whoop-Up Drive.
