Alberta launches conservation licence plate
The Government of Alberta is launching a new licence plate to promote conservation, it announced Monday.
Sales of the licence plate will be directed to the Alberta Conservation Association (ACA).
“Alberta’s wildlife and wild places are a source of pride for people across our province. This licence plate gives Albertans an innovative, simple and visible way to support conservation while celebrating one of our most iconic species,” says Todd Loewen, Minister of Forestry and Parks.
“Every plate sold helps protect habitats and keeps our fish and wildlife populations healthy for future generations.”
