GM of Bridge City career company says landscape has changed in job search

Several hundred job seekers were out yesterday at a career fair event, put on by Teamworks at the Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre. 

Barb Wolstoncroft, the company’s general manager, is quick to acknowledge that the job landscape has quickly changed, even, just the last few years.

“What I’ve seen is that AI is actually taking away some jobs and making it more challenging for job seekers to figure out where they fit in that world,” Wolstoncroft shares.

“So, they have to learn AI and make sure they’re aware of that.”
