Town of Fort Macleod focuses on new neighbourhood next month for feral and stray cats

The Town of Fort Macleod is holding another rollout of its Trap, Neuter, and Return program for feral and stray cats in the community next month. 

The latest round will in the 500 and 600 block of 17th Street and will take place between October 13th and 16th from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. 

The Town is asking, that if you let your cats out, not to do so during the times mentioned to avoid accidental trapping. 

Cats captured in humane traps will be held for at least 12 hours before being transported for veterinary care.
