Lift station maintenance to impact 5 Avenue North

The City of Lethbridge is temporarily closing the eastbound lanes of a section of 5 Ave. N, starting Tuesday, Oct. 6.

The lanes will be closed between 36 Street and 39 Street while crews conduct repairs and maintenance at a lift station in the area.

Two-way traffic will continue in the westbound lanes, but with speed reduced for extra safety.

The work is expected to last until Oct. 23, weather permitting.
