‘Slow down’ urge Taber Police following recent incidents of excessive speeding

The Taber Police Service is reminding drivers to keep an eye on their speed, including in areas where they think nobody’s watching.

In just the last week, they’ve issued tickets to three drivers with a lead foot, including in a rural area on Township Road 100 near Range Road 182.

In a social media post, TPS says it’s clocked vehicles going 40, 41, and 54 kilometres-an-hour over the limit in recent days.

One of those caught was already somone pulled over once before for speeding.
