Agriculture museum near Pincher Creek considers 400K renovation plans

The Heritage Acres Farm Museum near Pincher Creek is looking at a possible $400,000 revitalization plan to its facility.

Among the considerations by the long-time tourist attraction is an upgrade to its harvest shed and agricultural equipment pavilion.

It’s asking for a $100,000 commitment from the Town, but only if it’s able to secure the remaining 75 percent, a $300,000 grant through Travel Alberta.

Town Council will vote on the matter at its regular Council meeting set for Tuesday evening. (Oct. 13)
