Lethbridge region on higher end of monthly rental prices among Alberta cities

The latest monthly survey by Rentals.ca shows that Lethbridge is becoming one of the more expensive places to rent among Alberta cities.

In September, the average asking monthly rental price in the Bridge City came in at $1,510 – eclipsing Red Deer, Grande Prairie, and Medicine Hat.

It was also surprisingly more, by $250-per-month, than Fort McMurray which, historically, is at the higher end, although in recent months, not so.

Airdrie and St. Albert had the highest monthly rents in September in comparable-sized Wildrose cities, with Calgary, the highest overall, at almost $2400.
