Food insecurity focal point of upcoming community forum Friday

A two-hour community forum on food insecurity in Lethbridge is being planned for this coming Friday.

Titled, Beyond The Numbers, it’s being touted as a conversation where lived experiences, community voices, and local data come together.

Spearheaded by the Interfaith Food Bank, it’s meant to open up dialogue, answer questions, where possible, and explore options and suggestions.

The event begins at 12:30 p.m. at the food bank at 1103-3rd Avenue North, and organizers say everyone, no matter their background, is welcome to attend.
