Pincher Creek man facing charges after Friday night frenzy
PINCHER CREEK – A weekend rampage at a Pincher Creek Motel and Municipal District yard, has landed a 22- year old man in a heap of trouble.
RCMP say on Friday (March 3rd) around 8:30pm, they received a call from the Blue Mountain Motel, indicating that one of their rooms had been badly damaged. A short time later, police say someone took a truck from the Municipal District of Pincher Creek yard, and smashed through the fencing around it, again, causing extensive damage.
Police found the abandoned truck near Fort Macleod around 10pm the same night, and located a man they believe caused the damage to both the motel and the fencing, a short time later.
Bryce Yates Burles has been charged with one count of Mischief under $5,000 and one count each Possession of Stolen Property and Mischief over $5,000.
