Bulls improve to 3-and-0

LETHBRIDGE – The Bulls improved to 3-0 with a 5-3 win over the Fort McMurray Giants Saturday, June 3 at Spitz Stadium.
Nolan Handley scored two runs on three hits with one RBI. Alex Bishop, Carter Witbeck, and Brett Brittany also scored.
Handley, a Kelowna native from Mayville State, now has the fourth highest batting average in the league, at .615. Bishop, a Calgarian from the University of Texas at Tyler, is tied for the RBI lead with eight.
Five Bulls pitchers combined to allow three runs on eight hits, with two errors. Ben Erwin was credited with the win, while Chris Stodolko earned the save.
