Annual Whoop-Up Parade Draws a Crowd in Spite of Cooler Weather

LETHBRIDGE:   The weather didn’t dampen the spirits of those anxious to take in the annual Whoop-Up Days parade on Tuesday morning.

A good crowd was on hand as the procession began at 10:00 at Park Place Mall and wound it’s way along 1st avenue at 3rd street and then east on 3rd Avenue and north along 13th street to 9th Avenue.

 There were 112 float entries this year which had to adhere to stricter decorating rules. The Parade Winners area as follows:
