West Bound Lanes on Whoop-Up Re-opened After Police Make Arrest in High Incident

LETHBRIDGE: ***UPDATE as of 6:40-am.    Lethbridge Police have reopened ALL lanes on Whoop-Up Drive after a high risk incident forced them to shut down the bridge just before 5:30 this morning.

Police have one man in custody but, their investigation is ongoing.  Further information will be made available later this morning.
