Edmonton Man Has Lethbridge Court Date after Drug Bust on Blood Reserve

STANDOFF, BLOOD RESERVE:   The Blood Tribe Police Service (BTPS) has charged a 19-year old Edmonton man after a drug bust on the Reserve on Monday (July 25th).

Officers seized $2490.00 in cash and a variety of drugs:

— 8.8 grams of suspected Crack Cocaine (Street Value in Standoff of $880.00)

— 7  tablets of suspected Diazepam (Street Value in Standoff of $100.00)

— 17 Fentanyl pills (Fake Oxy 80’s) (Street Value in Standoff $850.00)

— 4 tablets of suspected Oxycodone(Street Value in Standoff $80.00)

 Dakota Aaron Laderoute will be in Lethbridge court on Thursday (July 28th) to face seven-charges, including drug possession, identity fraud and obstructing a police officer.  He is also wanted 5 warrants from Edmonton police.

Laderoute also has five warrants for his arrest by Edmonton Police.
