Minor Injuries in Collision at 43rd St. and Hwy 3

LETHBRIDGE – Lethbridge police responded to a collision at 43rd Street and Highway 3 Tuesday afternoon that resulted in minor injuries.

A minivan travelling westbound on Highway 3 turned left on 43rd Street to go southbound and struck a small pickup truck travelling eastbound on Highway 3.

The driver of the minivan was charged with contravening a section under traffic safety act for making an unsafe left turn.

Both vehicles were carrying one occupant each.
