Human Remains Under Investigation Southwest of Calgary

EDEN VALLEY, AB – RCMP say human remains have been found in a wooded area near Eden Valley in southwestern Alberta.
Forensic and RCMP major crimes units are helping the investigation.
An autopsy was conducted by the Calgary Medical Examiner yesterday, but no details have been released.
Police say they need to consult further with an anthropologist to determine the gender and estimated time of death.
