Dance As Art Inaugural Performance

LETHBRIDGE – The Lethbridge Society of Independent Dance Artists are hosting their inaugural performance Dance as Art tonight (April 2) at the ATB Community Room in Casa (203 8 Street South).

Works will be presented by seven local choreographers, including Sandra Lamouche, Claire Lint, Catherine McLaughlin, Julie-Vanessa Munoz, Sydney Murdoch, Troy Emery Twigg and Anali Reizvikh.

The LSIDA is a non-profit society, aiming to promote and encourage an inclusive environment for Lethbridge dance artists to connect, create, dance, educate and perform. Doors open at 7 p.m. with the performance beginning at 7:30 p.m.. Tickets are $20 available at Classique Dancewear (322 7 Street South) and at the door.

Offered in association with the launch, dancers age 13+ have the opportunity to take a Master Class with Anali Reizvikh for $10. Pre-registration by contacting class@lsida.ca is recommended.
