Team Canada takes Bucking and Barrels Can-Am Pro Challenge for third straight year

LETHBRIDGE – Another year of the competition, another win for Team Canada in the Bucking and Barrels Can-Am Pro Challenge.

Team Canada defeated Team USA 60-54 thanks to a clutch final ride by Jackson Scott. It’s the third year in a row that Canada has defeated the Americans for the Bucking and Barrels title.

The Can-Am Challenge pitted the best of the best from both teams against each other in bareback, saddle bronc, ladies barrel racing and bull riding

Each individual winner took home $10,000, and one local was among the winners.

Individual winners in each category:

Bareback Riding: Chase Erickson – Helena, MT
Roman Riding: Dustin Flundra – Pincher Creek, AB
Ladies Barrels: Angela Ganters – Abelene, TX
Bull Riding: Jackson Scott, Kamloops, BC
