Train hits, kills one person in Taber

TABER – Taber Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred early Sunday morning (July 2).

Police say just after 3 am, they responded to a call about a person hit by a train.

When they got to the scene, they located a deceased person. Police aren’t saying if it’s a man or a woman, their age, or the circumstances surrounding the death.

CP Railway Police also responded along with the Taber Fire Department.
