Lethbridge home builders receive 11 nominations for BILD Alberta Awards

LETHBRIDGE, AB – BILD Alberta has named the finalists for their annual awards ceremony.

Nearly 45 home builders, land developers, and professional safety leaders have been nominated, including four from Lethbridge.

Ashcroft Master Builder is claiming the bulk of the nominations for the city. They could potentially win in the Under $300,000 category for their Emberly project, $300,000-$325,000 for Alfresco, $350,000-$375,000 for Jase, $375,000-$425,000 for Aery, Duplex Under $350,000 for both Fynn and Wynn, and Safety Leadership – Small-Mid Volume Builder.

Galko Homes is also contending for $375,000-$425,000 with their Somerton house and Safety Leadership – Small-Mid Volume Builder.

Greener Homes was the only Lethbridge company nominated for Net Zero for their Casa Verde project.

“Despite the well-documented challenges the industry is facing this year, our members continue to represent the hard work and innovation that shapes our industry in Alberta,” adds Wyton.

More than 300 submissions were made for the BILD Alberta Awards for 28 individual categories.

The winners will be announced September 13th at the BILD Horizons Conference in Jasper.
