Firefighters respond to structure fire in West Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services reports that a structure fire broke out on the 500 Block of Highlands Blvd West around 9:30 pm on Wednesday, July 17th.

Personnel from four stations responded and were able to extinguish the blaze.

They kept it contained just to the kitchen.

The fire department was wrapped up their investigation and concluded that the fire was caused by accident.

No one was hurt in the fire, but damages are estimated at approximately $250,000.
