Power outage impacting north Lethbridge, Picture Butte, Lethbridge County, Coalhurst, Diamond City

LETHBRIDGE, AB – UPDATE (3:02 pm): The power outage is now only affecting 59 customers in the Picture Butte area. Power should be restored around 5:30 pm.

Fortis Alberta reports that several areas in and north of Lethbridge are without power.

The outage started at 1:23 pm and power is expected to come back on by 4:00 pm.

According to Fortis, crews are currently working to restore electricity to the affected areas.
