Lethbridge Police seek woman in connection with purse theft

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police are hoping to speak with a woman caught on video surveillance at Park Place Mall with another woman’s purse.
Police say on Sept. 17, around 7:30 p.m. a woman who was at the food court left her purse on a table but didn’t realized it until a short time later.
When she returned to the food court to get it, it was gone. Police say video surveillance from the mall shows two younger women noticing the unattended purse. One of them then allegedly takes it.
Later, the video shows the same women along with two children getting into a Chevrolet van in the west parking lot and then driving away.
