Collision between Granum and Nobleford results in one death

NOBLEFORD, AB – UPDATE (1:50 pm): Highway 519 has re-opened to single-lane alternating traffic.
Fort Macleod RCMP are on scene of a fatal collision early Friday morning.
According to Sgt. Bryan Mucha, the accident occurred around 4:30 am on Highway 519 when an eastbound SUV collided head-on with a westbound semi-truck.
The driver of the SUV, a 31-year-old woman, was killed. Her name is not being released at this time.
