Speakers needed for Lethbridge’s first TEDx event
LETHBRIDGE, AB – The University of Lethbridge is looking for locals who can give a talk on the theme, “I Am Still Learning”.
The U of L is hosting its first-ever TEDx talk, an ongoing series of events aimed at creating dialogue and giving people a platform to share their passions, ideas, and experiences.
“We will be looking to present a diverse group of speakers who can really stretch the envelope on our theme and spark some great conversations,” says U of L Associate Vice-President for Students Kathleen Massey. “The U of L has long been a driver of ideas and lifelong learning in southern Alberta and TEDx is another way to engage discussion in our community.”
In order to be eligible to be a presenter, you will first have to go through an audition process.
