Volunteers needed for 2019 World Men’s Curling Championships

LETHBRIDGE –  Curling Canada is now accepting volunteer applications for the 2019 World Men’s Curling Championship taking place in Lethbridge March 30 to April 7 at the Enmax Centre.

Facilities staff will need volunteers for things like event set up and tear down, facilitating media interviews, working in the stands and at various checkpoints.

The Hosting department is looking for friendly people to provide information on tickets and daily activities, along with keeping lounges stocked with refreshments and food.

The Special Events Committee will need volunteers for off-ice activities like autograph sessions, planning and preparing for ceremonies and retail assistance.
