ADELE PLESKO, beloved wife of Martin Plesko of Lethbridge, AB, went to be with her Lord at Chinook Regional Hospital at the age of 83 years.
Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her step-mother Berta Boss of Victoria, BC, her son Allan Plesko of Lethbridge AB, her daughters Darlene McColl of Lethbridge and Doris (Jules) Regout of Lethbridge and her brothers Arno Boss of Victoria, BC and Otto (Riny) Boss of Lethbridge. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her father August Boss, her biological mother Wanda Boss and her grandson Dustin Harms.
Adele was born on October 20th, 1935 in Poland and arrived in Canada in April of 1953 where she met her loving husband Martin later that year. They lived on the family farm between Lethbridge and Coaldale, AB until retirement in 1998 when they moved into Lethbridge.
Adele cherished her family and was always quick to make sure each person that came into her home was welcomed and fed. Her contagious smile and giggle will be forever remembered and treasured by each person that knew and loved her.
Adele enjoyed gardening and always had a house full of flowers. Every flower was beautiful to her and she cared for them as she cared for all of us. Her nurturing spirit will live on in her family and friends. Adele’s quiet strength and wisdom will be remembered and cherished. Her wise and encouraging words and constant prayers for her family and friends will never be forgotten.
As we rejoice at her graduation of this life, she will also be greatly missed and leave a legacy of love, kindness and strong family unity.
A Celebration of Adele’s Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Ken Roset officiating.
A Private Family Interment will be held at Mountain View Cemetery.
