LYLE VERN WALKER, beloved husband of Bonnie Walker, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on September 28, 2016 at the age of 48 years.
Besides his wife Bonnie, he is survived by his sons Trevor (Kelsey), Eric and Mitchell, all of Milk River; his sister Laura (Wes) and nephew Matthew of Bismarck, North Dakota, as well as his father Lyle Kenneth Walker of Milk River.
He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Lyle loved spending time with family and friends, fishing, and spending time at the family condo. He took great pride in his accomplishments. He loved watching his sons grow to be hardworking, responsible young men.
He was predeceased by his mother Carolyn (Waranoski) Walker of Milk River, and his grandparents George and Bernice Waranoski of Manitoba, and Vern and Winnie Walker of Medicine Hat.
Lyle was born in Medicine Hat on January 27, 1968. His family moved to Milk River when he was 2. He loved living in a small town and enjoyed raising his family there. Lyle has amazing family and friends that love him dearly. We are all at a loss for words. He worked hard, never gave up, and went out of his way to help you.
A Celebration of Lyle’s Life will be held at the MILK RIVER CIVIC CENTRE – 321 – 3 Avenue N.E., Milk River, AB on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 1:00 P.M., with Reverend Marion Martens officiating.
A Private Family Graveside Service will take place at the Milk River Cemetery.
