Another interesting fact is that in April, the North Side recorded the highest number of sales, followed by the West and then the South. The average home sale price was highest in West Lethbridge, then South Lethbridge and then North Lethbridge. We are still experiencing higher than normal levels of inventory, which makes the conditions very favorable to home buyers. This coupled with historically low interest rates, makes this an amazing time for first time home buyers or “move up” buyers.

After the first 4 months of business, RE/MAX continues to lead the market for both Buyers and Sellers. We are predicting a very steady market through the balance of 2019 and see this as a great opportunity for Buyers to take advantage of the favorable market conditions.”
