We are halfway through the 2019 selling season! June was a very strong month showing a very stable amount of transactions versus the same time last year. The busiest price range for sales was the $250k-300k followed by $200-250k, and, close behind, was the $300-350k. We are still experiencing higher than normal levels of inventory, which makes the conditions very favorable to home buyers. This, coupled with historically low interest rates, makes this an amazing time for first time homebuyers or ‘move up’ buyers.
