LETHBRIDGE, AB– Even though the upcoming season is very uncertain on how it will play out, the Lethbridge College Kodiaks have been at the top of the recruiting game.

High School volleyball standout Adam Revet from the John Paul II Collegiate Crusaders captured several individual awards last season, leading the Crusaders to a silver medal performance at 4A provincials.

“I was able to watch several of Adam’s matches at competitions and was impressed with his ability to push and lead his teammates,” says Kodiaks scout Greg Gibos.

“One thing with Adam is he’s a pure athlete. He’s hungry, he’s driven and wants to win. His ability to be positive and lead his teammates in high stress times were the key attributes that really pushed us to make an offer to him to be a Kodiak.”

Revet already sports an impressive volleyball resume, including representing Saskatchewan at the Canada Cup in Halifax in 2019 and played on the U18 Team Saskatchewan team as a U17 athlete.

Gibos says he’ll be a Revet-ing player to watch.

“We’re just so thrilled to have Adam represent the Kodiaks,” says Gibos.

“He has an innate ability to help lead others and improve his teammates around him. We know he’s going to accomplish some excellent things in his time at Lethbridge College and we are happy he’s a Kodiak.”

As far as the Kodiaks upcoming season goes, nobody knows what will happen but, as it sits the Kodiaks will start their season at the start of the second semester this year.
