Lethbridge woman has December court date for impaired driving
LETHBRIDGE, AB. — It`s taken a while to get the details but, a 26-year old Lethbridge woman is facing charges in an impaired driving case.
Around 6:00-pm on August 15, LPS traffic officers responded to multiple 911 reports of a two vehicle collision at the intersection of 43 Street and 24 Avenue South.
Officers found several occupants from a Chevy half-ton standing outside their vehicle as Fire and EMS personnel worked to free the driver and lone occupant of another vehicle.
The driver was eventually able to free herself, and in speaking to police, displayed signs of impairment. The woman was arrested and following further investigation, including a breathalyzer test, she was charged with impaired driving, dangerous driving and driving over. 08.
