Kenney, Neudorf, other UCP officials test negative for COVID-19

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Government of Alberta says several members of the United Conservative Party have not contracted COVID-19.

Minister of Municipal Affairs Tracy Allard tested positive last Wednesday, meaning those she has been in close contact with entered self-isolation and got tested as a precaution.

This includes Premier Jason Kenney, Transportation Minister Ric McIver, Lethbridge-East MLA Nathan Neudorf, and MLAs Angela Pitt and Peter Guthrie.

A government spokesperson confirmed to LNN that testing results for all five have come back negative.

They will continue to self-isolate until late Thursday, October 29.
