Jason Many Fingers, missing since September 20, confirmed to be deceased

STANDOFF, AB – Blood Tribe Police are reporting an unfortunate end to their search for a missing person.

Jason Many Fingers, 46, Standoff, was first reported missing on September 20. He had last been seen fueling his truck in Pincher Creek.

On October 30, officers were notified by a member of the public that they found the truck last known to be operated by him along with “unidentifiable human remains” near Glenwood, Alberta.

Police attended Spring Glen Park where the truck was located.

The completed autopsy confirmed that the deceased person was Many Fingers.

His death is not considered to be suspicious.

Police will not be commenting on this matter any further.
