Train/vehicle collision between Lethbridge and Coaldale

COALDALE, AB – Emergency crews were called out to a collision involving a train Tuesday evening.

At 6:33 pm, Coaldale & District Emergency Services attended the scene at Range Road 205 and Highway 3 between Coaldale and Lethbridge.

One patient was treated by EMS but was later released.

UPDATE: Train/truck collision, EMS calls and residential fire alarm keep Coaldale crews busy Tuesday

For the time being, there is no access to the range road.

Crews remain on scene as a power pole was damaged in the collision. Fortis is working on repairs.
