North Lethbridge fire causes $185,000 in damages to two homes

LETHBRIDGE, AB – A north Lethbridge fire is currently under investigation.

24 firefighters from four stations attended the single-family residential fire at around 3:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon, February 28. The incident was in the area of 16 Street and 2 Avenue North.

Officials say the fire started on the exterior of the residence before quickly spreading to the exterior of a second residence. Damage to both properties is estimated to be $185,000.

No injuries were reported.
