New case of COVID reported at Our Lady of the Assumption School

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Holy Spirit Catholic School Division has reported another case of COVID-19.

One new case has been confirmed at Our Lady of the Assumption School in Lethbridge. There are now two active infections at the school.

All close contacts have been notified and are required to quarantine. It could not be stated whether the new case impacted a staff member or student.

As of Wednesday evening, there are four active cases within the division:

• One at Ecole St. Mary in Lethbridge
• One at St. Francis Junior High School in Lethbridge
• Two at Our Lady of the Assumption School in Lethbridge

These cases have resulted in the isolation of roughly 150 staff and students.
