Three charged in connection to multiple frauds in Southern AB & Saskatchewan
FOREMOST, AB – It took the combined efforts of a few law enforcement jurisdictions to apprehend three people who allegedly committed multiple cases of fraud.
The incidents of fraud and theft reportedly happened between April 19 and June 18 throughout Southern Alberta and Southern Saskatchewan.
On June 23, members of the RCMP Southern Alberta Crime Reduction Unit and Lethbridge Police Service conducted surveillance on several people believed to be involved.
Later that day, a traffic stop was conducted on Highway 3 near Grassy Lake where one person was arrested for possession of stolen property. Two others fled in a pickup truck pulling an enclosed trailer.
