LPS investigating pedestrian collision on Mayor Magrath

LETHBRIDGE, AB – UPDATE: Lethbridge woman charged with impaired driving causing death following pedestrian collision

The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is asking the public to avoid the area while they investigate a pedestrian collision.

On the morning of August 2, 2021, a vehicle struck a pedestrian at the intersection of 12 Ave South and Mayor Magrath Drive South.

The southbound lanes on Mayor Magrath have been shut down between 10 Ave and 12 Ave.
