LPS lay charges in south side commercial break and enter

LETHBRIDGE, AB. — A 31 year old man has been charged relation to a commercial break and enter in the 3100 block of 32 Street South. The incident took place on July 26, 2021, when several pieces of property were removed from the business.

On Friday (Aug 6), LPS officers made an arrest after recognizing a man who matched the description of the suspect seen in surveillance video. The alleged culprit was also found in possession of stolen property from the business.

Charles Lewis Pantherbone, of no fixed address, was charged with commercial Break and Enter and Possession of Stolen Property under $5000. He was released from custody on an undertaking with conditions and is to appear in court on September 22, 2021.
