Local boys/girls volleyball teams competing in ASAA Provincials

LETHBRIDGE, AB – A few local teams from nearby schools are currently competing in the Alberta Schools’ Athletic Association (ASAA) Provincials on November 25-27.

All of the games are broadcast live on the ASAA Youtube channel where viewers can find a description of who is playing. Those games can be found at ASAA Live Broadcast.

From Lethbridge, Catholic Central and Chinook High School are playing in the 4A bracket throughout the weekend for Boy’s and Girl’s competition.

In the 3A bracket, the Boy’s Magrath team faces mostly Calgary competition in their weekend matches.

From 2A in the Boy’s division, Pincher Creek’s Matthew Halton and Coaldale’s Kate Andrews will be playing their games in Cold Lake.

The 2A Girl’s division sees St. Mary’s in Taber playing host to teams like Magrath and Vauxhall.

1A Boys showcase’s Pincher’s St. Michael’s School and Picture Butte facing off in Peace River.

In the 2A Girl’s division, Picture Butte is in Lacombe for the weekend with games finishing November 27.
