Lethbridge Hurricanes update COVID-19 protocols

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes have laid out its updated COVID-19 policies.

On Tuesday, the province announced new measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 and the Omicron variant.

Then on Wednesday, the ENMAX Centre, home of the Hurricanes, posted their updated protocols.

The Western Hockey League (WHL) team has since listed out what this means specifically for attendees to games at the ENMAX.

For Lethbridge Hurricanes home games:

  • All existing season ticketholders will be able to attend Hurricanes home games.
  • Single game tickets are no longer available for purchase online, until the restriction is lifted.
    • People who have already purchased single game tickets will be able to attend those games.
  • There will be 510 tickets available for each remaining Hurricanes home game.
    • Voucher holders have first access to these available tickets. Vouchers include:
      • Corporate vouchers;
      • Bring a Friend vouchers;
      • Voucher outlets;
      • Flex pack holders;
      • Complimentary vouchers.
    • Any remaining tickets will be available for walk-up purchases on game days from 6:00 p.m. onwards.
      • These must be purchased in-person at the ENMAX Centre Ticket Centre.
  • Existing ticket holders will not need to change their seat locations; therefore, your seat remains as is.
    • If fans feel that they would like to move to an open seat once at the event, they may do so.

Additionally, food and beverages will not be allowed at the venue during games. The Canadian Western Bank Lounge, operated by Brimstone Grill, will not be open prior to or during Hurricanes games. Entry door time is being moved from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
