Woman charged with theft of $12,000 from car

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police have charged a woman in connection with an incident where a significant quantity of cash was stolen from a vehicle.

Police says a vehicle was parked along the 400 block of 7 Street South and a woman entered and stole a bag containing $12,000 in cash on January 11.

Trisha Across The Mountain, 41, of Lethbridge, is charged with theft over $5,000 and possession of stolen property under $5,000.

“Video surveillance of an unknown female was obtained and released in an effort to identify the subject.
