LARRY “JAMES” GUENTHER, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Naimi Guenther, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at the age of 68 years.
Along with his wife, James is lovingly remembered by daughters Nicole Winkler of Chicago, Ill. and Larin Guenther (Ryan Nakama) of Lethbridge; grandchildren Oaklynn and Parks Nakama; and sisters, Vel Kaul of London, Ont., and Lavina Osberg of Lethbridge.
He was predeceased by his parents, Elizabeth and James Guenther.
James was an avid car enthusiast and was a member of the Saab Club in Alberta, BC and Washington, USA. He enjoyed listening to many forms of music and was an animal lover, especially Pomeranians. James was a master woodworker and cabinet maker and took great pride in the numerous homes that he built. James will always be remembered for his willingness to help and quick wit.

An online Celebration of James’ Life will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 2:00 PM MST, with Pastor Dan McEvoy officiating.
