Lethbridge police locate body of man previously reported missing

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police have confirmed the death of a man previously reported missing.

On January 24, it was noted that the LPS was seeking assistance in locating 49-year-old Jason Todd Frederick, who was reported missing on January 16, 2022.

Late Tuesday, February 1, Lethbridge Police stated that Frederick’s body was located on January 28 and an autopsy had confirmed his identity.

The investigation into his death is ongoing. However, at this time, police say his death does not appear to be suspicious and no further information will be released.
