Road closure at 6th Avenue South

Temporary road closure in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge advises that a portion of 6th Avenue South will be closed for a couple of days.

Effective immediately, the inside lanes of 6 Avenue South between 13 Street and 14 Street South will be closed so city crews can work on a sanitary service repair.

Two-way traffic will remain open in the outside lanes. Motorists are advised to drive with caution in this area and follow posted detours.

Weather permitting, the work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on March 19, 2022.

This road closure may impact Lethbridge Transit, so people are asked to call 311 during business hours if they have any questions or concerns.
