Kittleson, Alan "Casey"

ALAN “CASEY” KITTLESON, beloved husband of the late Rose Kittleson of Lethbridge, formerly of Barons, passed away at Fairmont Extendicare on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at the age of 96 years.
He is the loving father of Linda (Bill) Fraser, Gloria (Chris) Oates, both of Lethbridge, Donna (Robin) Soenen of Coalhurst, and Norman (Shannon) Kittleson of Barons; sisters Caroline Kroshinski of Lethbridge and Maxine McLellan of California; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Rose, brother Morris, sister Goldie and grandson Steven.
Casey was born on November 7, 1925 on the family farm near Barons, AB, He was raised and educated in Barons and went on to run the family farm until 1992 when he retired.
Casey and Rose loved to travel, extensively with family and friends. They enjoyed many hours spent on the golf course as well as the bowling alley. He was a hard working, honest man that could rarely sit still. Casey kept busy, tinkering in his shop and yard.
He was a founding member of the Barons Elks and Legion Branch #160. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
A private Family Service will be held at a later date.
