Community phone survey for Lethbridge residents begins Friday

Apr 8, 2022 | 9:04 AM

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge residents may receive a phone call for a survey over the next few weeks.

IPSOS is conducting a phone survey on behalf of the City of Lethbridge to gather information and feedback from people living in the city, beginning Friday, April 8 2022.

The survey will help identify what municipal services are most important to residents and gauge how the City is doing in providing those services.

The City has completed six community surveys since 2005. All of those can be found online through the City of Lethbridge’s website. The data collected helps compare year-over-year performance to understand where the City is performing well and what areas may need improvement.

The phone survey is confidential and should only take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

The City said feedback is important as council prepares to set a new four-year operating budget later this fall. Public feedback is consistently gathered through getinvolvedlethbridge.ca and via the City’s customer contact centre by calling 311.
